Job Description
-Implement
the monthly production plan issued from Factories manager.
-Convert the monthly production plan to daily production plan in the
form of orders distributed on section heads.
-Follow- up for each SKU stock in the stores to meet sales request and not
waste any chance of sale.
-Coordination with other departments to solve any problems that may
hinder the production process.
-A quick and appropriate solution to the problems that may happen
during the daily processes of the production.
-Full responsibility for the movement of Maamoul & Sambousek
factory production in accordance with required specifications.
-Work on creating new products, developing and solving any problems for
the existing products.
-Verification of conformity of all raw materials delivered to
specifications and quality standards.
-Work
on arriving to the best production methods and development programmes which
help on improve products quality and
cost.
-Cooperate with engineering department to achieve a high performance
for machines to ensure continued production without disruption.
-Lead direct all plant labours to achieve the plant objectives.
-Evaluate & motivate all plant staff.
Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in “veterinary, agriculture, production“ - master degree in food sector (Bakery) is preferable
Minimum Experience:
·
10-15 years in same field
