IT Support Engineer AT LEONI Egypt (one year experience)
Job description
🔘Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems.
🔘Manage users and groups within the Active Directory
🔘Administrate VMware and SAN storage.
Maintain and troubleshoot all local IT Systems, Network equipment, Servers, Laptops, Computers, Printers, Barcode Scanners, Telephones and consumables.
Installing & Configuring Cisco Switches, Cisco IP Telephones.
🔘Handling incoming incidents via the phone, e-mail or helpdesk system promptly and effectively.
🔘Developing & updating support documentations & manuals for technical aspects.
🔘Under supervision, provide servers backup and restore database servers.
🔘Create regular reports about hardware, consumables and running systems status.
Contribute and provide User-Training on new systems/hardware functionalities.
Job Requirements
🌟BSc. Engineering from a reputable university (Preferable).
🌟Minimum one year of experience.
🌟Strong knowledge of network and related hardware components.
🌟Good knowledge of active directory, exchange, DHCP, DNS and various server functions.
🌟Good VMware/Storage skills & knowledge (NetApp knowledge is preferred).
🌟Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
🌟Excellent analytical thinking abilities and attention to details.
🌟Documentation and organizational skill is a must.
🌟Hard worker, team player and fast learner.
🌟Candidates with related certifications like A+, N+, Server+, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA and VMware vSphere, etc would be given higher priority.
