About the job
We are looking to immediately hire a Secretary/Receptionist to join our team in ClinProve.
Working Location: Nasr City
Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00
Working Days: 5 days (Sunday-Thursday)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day running of the reception area.
Ensure that all telephone calls are satisfactorily answered and that company greetings are used.
Convey any message to staff who were unavailable at the time of the call.
Helps in replying emails & social media messages
Directs the client (walk-ins – phone calls) to the concerned team member.
Typing presentations and reports as well.
Helps in organizing on-site training courses.
Keeping personnel records
Qualifications & Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
0-2 years of relevant experience
Good command of the English language
Good computer skills
Microsoft Office skills
