Job Description:
-Implementing competitive talent acquisition strategy devised by the global team for the affiliate and ensuring that the talent acquisition needs are met.
- You will investigate and determine talent needs in partnership with department managers and execute the agreed plan for recruitment and onboarding during the year, that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard recruiting processes.
As a member of the CoE, you will implement innovative digital recruitment practices, plan and execute global employer branding activities; representing Novo Nordisk employer brand to external vendors and candidates. You will also work on CoE projects which will be across regions.
-In addition, you will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process by conducting candidate assessments and business cases when applicable.
-Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering smooth and professional candidate and hiring manager experience during the entire recruitment process.
-You will also be driving the Employer Branding activities in Middle East to ensure that Novo Nordisk is a preferred company to work for. You will be responsible for implementing innovative digital recruitment practices by using various social media platforms.
- You will also have a role to play in other TA related activities such graduate recruitment activities.
-You will ensure the compliance with local employment laws and alignment with global TA guidelines.
- You should expect some travel throughout the year in order to ensure a good coverage and collaboration with both countries.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or similar and a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a multinational environment. Experience of recruitment across borders & experience with Employer Branding and effective usage of social media platforms.
A Master’s Degree, work experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage. Experience working within a matrix reporting structure is considered a plus. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, can take initiative, work independently and fluent in both written/spoken English and Gulf Arabic. You are result-oriented and driven with a flexible attitude, being mobile in the national territory and international as well.
