Role Description:
To manage all administrative activities related to the physical printing / dispatching / sending of the IBM Egypt invoices to the Clients and the associated controls.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of the pick-up of printed invoices / SoA ( Statement Of Accounts )
- System report retrieval, reconciliation and documentation
- Invoice print issue resolution with system help desks
- Courier management
- Manage outsorting of specific invoices.
- Responsible for the tracking of invoices delivery with special focus on hand delivery invoices.
- Relationship with the wider IBM teams and with the external courier company
- Good level of English required.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance- Strong Communication Skills
- English Proficiency
- Good in MS Excel
