SGS the world's leading inspection, verification, testing
and certification company is looking for a brilliant candidate who will fill
the IATF Auditor vacancy at Certification and Business Enhancement (CBE)
department. Responsibilities will be as follow:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Independently audit teams during the conduct of
initial, recertification and surveillance audits involving more than one
management system standard and/or consisting of one or more audit team members.
Prepare of audit plans and assignment of appropriate
responsibilities to team members; as well as ensuring that the audit plans
allocate enough time to carry out the audit and are consistent with the type of
audit required and the client’s Scope of Certification.
Lead the audit opening and closing meetings as well as team
meetings during the audit
Ensure effective sampling and collection of audit
evidence/notes.
Co-ordination of all audit team members to agree a final
recommendation, consistent with audit findings, including classification of
all/any non-conformities
Make recommendations for certification as appropriate
Prepare of the audit report in line with GSP and GPP
requirements, including all the inputs by the audit team members
Follow-up of non-conformities, or re-audit where necessary,
to ensure that they are closed out in line with SSC procedural requirements,
using appropriate, competent audit team members where necessary
Qualification:
Relevant Academic bachelor’s degree.
Has four (4) years full time appropriate practical
experience (including two (2) years dedicated to Quality Assurance and/or
Quality Management activities in an automotive manufacturing organization
(experience in industries with similar scopes of applicability is acceptable).
Has knowledge of automotive core tools (SPC, MSA, Control
plan and FMEA).
Training Courses in relevant specialty standard (IATF
16949:2016) will be an asset.
Specific Courses in Quality/six sigma will be as asset.
