with exp 2 to 3 years in HR field
HR Certificate or Diploma froma reputable university is a must

Responsibilities:

-Supporting HR functions as

Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter  from 2-5 years of Experience.Females only .Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Phone ,online and Structured)Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT rolesFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesSolid knowledge of sourcing techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Verbal and Written English Language skills.Very Good Experience using MS office (Excel, word,…etc.)Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

Senior Training Specialist at PICO Modern Agriculture

Job Responsibilities:

-Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths,
-annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
-Lead annual training plan development and
implementation, schedule & coordinate training activities
-Develop an annual training budget, monitor the spending and maintain separate accounts for each department.
-Suggest alternative cost- effective training
