Facilities Maintenance Section Head At GSK
Job Purpose:
To Manage all
Cairo site Engineering Facilities
Key Responsibilities:
·
Manage all Cairo site facilities maintenance.
·
Supervise facilities maintenance team.
·
Responsible for the maintenance and operation of
all interior and exterior site facilities.
·
Prepare and Implement maintenance plans required
to keep the facilities’ systems operating smoothly and at optimal efficiency.
·
Manage and prioritize tasks recorded in the
Facilities follow-up reports and conducting analysis to identify areas of
improvement and actions to be taken.
·
Direct supervision / evaluation of outside
contractors to ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards.
·
Coordinate with other related/concerned
departments to maintain and assure a smooth workflow.
·
Support Utilities and Projects team by managing
facility renovations or refurbishments during running projects.
·
Manage approved budgets for facility maintenance
and operation.
·
Identify and brings in cost savings where
appropriate.
Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required:
·
University Bachelor's degree from faculty of Engineering
·
7 to 12 years of experience
·
A previous experience in similar role is a must
·
Experience a Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment,
preferred multinational companies
·
AutoCAD is a must
·
Good command of the English language
·
Good Computer Skills
·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·
Actively seek to improve processes, controls and
expand effectiveness and efficiency
·
Self-motivated with Good prioritization and
organization skills
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a
team
