Your Role

 

Manage and lead all Quality activities to Ensure Fulfilment of customers requirement relating to products, ensure that all Inward material component meet specification and to provide the confidence to the organization that all sub-assemblies and sub sequent processes are conforming to requirement and finally all submitted products are totally conforming to customer requirements.

 

A Typical Day

 

Direct, Manage and lead the Quality staff engaged in Inspection, testing & Auditing activities.

Provide technical expertise to all Quality.

Set up Quality objectives on annual bases.

Interpret quality philosophy and concept of product quality to key personnel in the organization.

Interact with suppliers to improve their performance and to be sure of their supply conformity.

Lead and direct applying the statistical tools for analysing product related inspection and / or testing data.

Establish a complete and detailed Quality Control plan for all products.

Coordinate and interact with all Area Managers and other interested parties to prevent or eliminate the cause of product defects.

Create, document, maintain and implement the inspection and/or test criteria.

Oversee and supervise all inspection and test activities and related activities throughout production cycle.

Report on regularly the analytical data about product quality in different phases (In ward Inspection , In Process Inspection and Final Inspection).

Direct, Manage; supervise all laboratories activities including inspections, Testing, Design Validation, Calibration, Test Methods and Infrastructure.

Participate with relevant stakeholders to study the cause of defect regarding each customer complaint to prevent recurrence.


Minimum Qualification


Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering or Science

From 3-5 years of Experience in quality management

Preferred Experience in similar industries

Solid Background in Quality systems, certifications and tools
