Local Purchasing specialist at Pharo Pharma 

Factory in Borg Alarab-Alex

Job Description:

Receive purchase orders monthly from the planning department and send them to suppliers.
-Receiving quotations from suppliers, registering them and submitting them to the local procurement manager tochoose the best price for the required specification for the required material.
-Requesting raw material samples from the new suppliers to present them to the laboratory to ensure the quality of
raw materials, and then communicate with the new supplier.
-Executing the supply order and sending it to the supplier,following up on the arrival of raw materials and resolving any problems related to the arrival of the shipment to the company's warehouses
-Communicating with laboratories to authorize raw materials to extract suppliers' checks in atimely manner for the supplier's credit.

Job Requirements:

BSc of science
Experience: 0:1 year of exp
Very Good English&computer skills
Communication&negotiation skills
Very good in Relationships with customers
Work under pressure

Demand Planner at GOURMET

Requirements:

-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the demand planning field.
-Fluent English Langue Skills (verbal and written)
-Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel,PowerPoint, Word)
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
-Analytical experience within a FMCG environment with a demonstrated bias for action.
-Good numeracy and analytical skills
and experience of applying a wide range of analytics that drive insights and actions for complex customers and a variety of business situations.
-Problem Solver, with the ability to use processes/ tools/systems.
-A good understanding and application of the sales cycle, trends and broader business
implications to making judgments and recommendations for action.
Experience of building relationships in a cross functional environment.
