Description
As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading TPA across the MEA region That caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire a NetworkTeam Leader with following tasks and responsibilities:
Job description:
-Supervise periodic review of the medical Networks distribution based on data analysis.
-Supervise addition of new providers’ proposals according to data analysis and clients’ requests.
-Communicate with the top providers.
-supervise investigation about the reasons for deletion of a provider.
-Support the network manager / assistant manager in reviewing and evaluation of provider performance against benchmarks/ established performance standards and ensure timely development of performance reports to keep the decision makers informed about network performance while recommending areas of improvement to enhance service levels.
-Supervise the preparation tariff revision reports in a timely manner for Network Manager’s approval.
-Fulfill all other Network assignments / projects assigned by the head of the Department.
-Extensive communication with Participating Insurance Companies on MedNet provider policies and procedures.
-Research and gather market information relating to competitor trends and practices.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
-4 years in a network environment in the TPA/medical insurance sector or insurance industry would be plus.
-Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Knowledge related to medical terminology Industry knowledge related to local healthcare services system would be a plus.
-Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
-Analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to handle stress.
-Willingness to travel extensively locally and internationally.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in medicine or in Hospital Administration / Allied healthcare sciences like Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory technician, Biology or Chemistry.
