Quality Assurance Specialist vacancy
Modern_Bakeries_group is looking for
Job Duties:
-Prepare document master and distribution lists
Review, update and issue the documentation system according to the standards (procedures,work instruction, reports, etc) and communicate them with the relevant parties
Establish a continuous gap analysis between the documentation system and the actual used one
-Review the updates related to the standards (codex,EOS, etc) to be applied on the quality system
-Review and update the specs and standards of the B2B customers
-Supervise and coordinate the audit schedules, certificates, invoices, contracts and relation handling with the certification bodies and relevant parties
Participate in preparing of central audit, internal audit,
Contribute in the routine QA activities like (internal audits, GMP audits, supplier evaluation, traceability and mock recalls)
-Establish visual data analysis needed for the QA activities like internal and external audits, GMP scores, etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Science (Chemistry /Food) or Bachelor in Agriculture.
-1:3 years of experience in FMCG
