Responsibilities     

  • Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented.
  • Ensure achievement and exceeding of line objectives, including sales and market growth.
  • Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensuring optimal execution of tactical plans to support in successful launch of new brands.
  • Identifies new opportunities in the Immunology market for the assigned portfolio to maximize penetration and accelerate growth in alignment with the Immunology Brand team.
  • Preparing robust account plans for each account to achieve business objectives, including specifying how time and company resources would be best deployed.
  • Monitor competitors’ promotional activities, pricing, product positioning and marketing moves by product / business segment, as well as their product line performance and institute corrective action as needed.
  • Identify Immunology Prescribers and non-prescribers stakeholders and partner with them to ensure availability of products, including stakeholder mapping and ensuring education on up to date data.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge on assigned portfolio proactively search for market information and transfer them to the Immunology Brand Team.
  • Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise the application of company products and services to customer requirements.
  • Represent AbbVie in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards. 
  • Monitor forecast, orders and DOH with accounts and distributor for respective products.
  • Make sure that forecast accuracy is optimum and always avoid stocking, out of stock, or expiries.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, code of business conduct, legal demands and ethical standards.  

Qualifications:

  • Candidates need to be already based in Alexandria area
  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience/performance in Sales in a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Specialty care experience is a must
  • Experience in the field of Immunology in Egypt is a plus
  • Bachelor Degree in Science or Pharmacy or BioMedicine
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge
  • Strong Skills in Microsoft Office operations (PowerPoint, word, and Excel are a must)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
