(HR) Training coordinator urgently required for a well-known company located in Nasr city
Responsibilities:
1-Schedule and conduct meetings with trainers and schedule the visits on sits.
2-Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of competed training courses and constantly seek to improve.
3-Measure employee's information retention rates by issuing assessment tests and quizzes on course materials
4-Create printed and instructional materials to be used in training
5-Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in
relevant field.
-very good command of
English language.
-Males only.
-0-2 years of
experience.
-ability to travel
sites.
-HR certificate is
preferred.
