Business Intelligence Analyst At Vodafone

Role Purpose
To read, analyze and digest what a business wants to accomplish with its data, and design the best possible ETL process and use it to design and create the data warehouse and all related extraction, transformation, and load of data functions in the company.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership

Ensures accurate and on time projects delivery.
Ensures a complete technical planned handover, and full delivered documentation and technical manuals of new applications/services.
Optimizes resources utilization for created jobs.
Supports different company departments effectively to achieve their goals by availing all needed information.
Applies unified interfaces to all channels.
Participates in reviewing and enhancing company / IT processes with other cross-function departments.
Handles the technical leading and on job training of newcomers.

99.5% on time project delivery
100% controlling the Data Quality
100% deliver approved tasks and required analytics in line with the agreed process

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

0-2 years of experience in BI domain.
Good knowledge of BI analytical/reporting tools
Excellent analytical thinking
Problem solving and decision making.
Very good knowledge of PL/SQL and UNIX Shell scripting.
Proven modifications and enhancements applied in the design to current application.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

B.SC of Engineering - Communication, or Computer science
Master’s Degree in BI related fields is a plus
Experience in Business Intelligence field/tools
Certificates in BI related fields is a plus
