Branch Manager
Mercedes-Benz Authorized Retail Network in Hurghada (HNA) is looking to hire "Branch Manager"
Scope:
- Managing the whole operations of Mercedes-Benz 3S dealership. Complete P&L responsibility.
- Representing the company and developing permanent business relations and networks.
- Dealing with the market in the assigned sales and service area whilst maintaining the strategic guidelines issued by the sales organization.
- Managing employees and controlling business processes in own area of responsibility. Ensuring that service, quality and safety standards are maintained to develop a customer-oriented, profitable and high turnover sales business in new and used vehicles, accessories, services and further products and services concerning "mobility".
Qualifications:
- At Least 10 yrs of experience in Managerial role in Automotive field (preferred in After sales).
- Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering-MBA is a plus.
- Ability to lead, plan and manage change.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Customer Handling and Customer Retention.
